1. Who we are

This website is operated by OSR PRO SOUND ELECTRICALS. Email: admin@osrproelectrical.com. In these terms, we, us and our mean OSR PRO SOUND ELECTRICALS, and you means the person using the website or buying from us. These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use.

2. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please do not use the website if you do not agree. You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please use the website lawfully and do not try to interfere with its security or operation.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Product information comes from our suppliers and manufacturers, and colours on screen may vary slightly. Product images are for illustration. Please check the specifications, voltage, plug type and compatibility before you buy. If you think a description is wrong, please contact us before you buy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. If we find a pricing error before we dispatch, we will tell you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and if so we will refund anything you have paid.

6. Delivery

Our delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, and you own them once we have received full payment. If delivery is delayed by something outside our control, such as severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption, we will keep you informed and will not be responsible for the delay, but your right to cancel a late order is not affected.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Returns and refunds policy sets out your right to cancel and return items within 30 days of delivery, and how we deal with faulty items. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. If something is faulty or not as described, you may have the right to a refund within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair or replacement after that. Please contact us and we will put it right. This does not affect your legal rights.

9. Discount codes and rewards points

Discount codes are for one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers or codes, may have a minimum spend, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards points have no cash value, follow the rules shown on our Rewards page, and are removed when an order is refunded. We may end or change an offer or the rewards programme, but we will not remove points you have already earned without reasonable notice. We may cancel a code or points if we reasonably believe they have been misused.

10. Using products safely

Please read and follow any instructions supplied with your product. Use only the charger, cable and power supply provided or recommended for the product. Do not use damaged electrical items or chargers. Hard-wired and mains-powered fittings must be installed by a qualified electrician. Products intended for children must be used with appropriate supervision. Smoke and fog machines must be used with the fluid recommended by the manufacturer and in a ventilated space. If you have any safety concern about a product, stop using it and contact us.

11. Health and wellbeing products

Wearables, massage devices and light-therapy masks are sold as consumer gadgets. They are not medical devices, and we do not claim that they diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Speak to a doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concern before using them.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms, but we are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for any business loss, as we sell only to consumers.

13. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, it must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful or not genuine. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. If we offer a thank-you for leaving a review, it is offered whatever your rating. You allow us to display your review on the website.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Product names and brands mentioned belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

15. Privacy

How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email admin@osrproelectrical.com. We will acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it fairly. If we cannot, you may use an alternative dispute resolution service, and you can still go to court.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order are the terms that apply to that order.

18. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still do so later. You may not transfer your order to someone else without our agreement.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of where you live.
