How we work
We choose products from specialist suppliers and send them to customers across the UK. Many items are dispatched to you directly from our supplier partners, which is why we give a clear delivery window of 7 to 14 working days and email you tracking details where they are available.
Our promises to you
- Free 30-day returns. If something is not right, send it back within 30 days and we cover the cost.
- Clear delivery times. We tell you what to expect before you pay, not after.
- Free delivery over £80. Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £80 or more.
- Honest descriptions. We describe our products using the information we are given by the manufacturer, and we do not make health or performance claims that we cannot support.
- Real reviews only. We publish reviews only from customers who have bought from us, good or bad.
- Real people. If you have a question or a problem, you can email us and a person will reply.
