Who we share your information with

We share information only where needed to run our business, with: Shopify, which hosts our website and checkout; payment providers; our suppliers and delivery partners, who need your name, address and contact details to deliver your order; our rewards, review and email service providers; and providers of analytics and customer-support tools. These companies act on our instructions or have their own legal duties to protect your information. We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with HMRC or the police. We do not sell your personal information.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our suppliers, delivery partners and service providers are located outside the UK. Where we transfer your information abroad, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as a UK adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website, basket and checkout to work. With your consent where required, we also use them to measure how the site is used, to remember your preferences, and to show relevant marketing. You can manage your choices through the cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires, normally 6 years. Rewards account details are kept while your account is open and for a limited time afterwards. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews are kept for as long as the product is on sale. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
