Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from OSR PRO SOUND ELECTRICALS. If you are not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free.

Our 30-day returns promise

You can return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns are free: we cover the cost of sending your item back.
Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

How to return an item

Email us at admin@osrproelectrical.com with your order number and the item or items you want to return, and tell us whether it is a change of mind or a fault.
We will reply with return instructions and a free returns label or address. Please do not post anything back before we reply, because the return address can depend on the product.
Pack the item securely and send it back. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has arrived.

When you will be refunded

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your item back, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. Refunds include the standard delivery charge you paid when you ordered. After we issue a refund, it can take a few more working days to show in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to check that it works.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. If it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair or replacement after that. If a fault appears within 6 months of delivery, it is presumed to have been there when the item arrived. If you think an electrical item is unsafe, please stop using it straight away and contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or version, the quickest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Email us if you would like help with this.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for any reason from the time you place it until 30 days after delivery. If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Items we cannot take back for change of mind

Items that have been used, or are not complete, other than as needed to check they work.
Earphones, earbuds and personal-care devices that have been used, for hygiene reasons.
Items made or personalised to your specification.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
